ხელშეკრულება - წინამდებარე დოკუმენტი;

ვებგვერდით სარგებლობისას თქვენ :

· ადასტურებთ, რომ ხართსრულწლოვანი 18 წელს მიღწეულიქმედუნარიანი პირი, ან 16 წელს მიღწეული პირი და გაქვთ ნებართვა შესაბამისი პირებისაგან დადოთ წინამდებარე ხელშეკრულება, მიიღოთ ვებ გვერდის საშუალებით მომსახურება და განკარგოთ შესაბამისი თანხები;

· დაიცავთ ხელშეკრულებაში არსებულ პირობებს და ვებ გვერდით სარგებლობის წესებს.

· თანამშრომლობის პროცესში წარმოადგენთ ინფორმაციას სრულად და ზუსტად, იმისთვის, რომ ისარგებლოთ ჩვენი მომსახურებით;

· დაიცავთ საავტორო უფლებებს, არ განახორციელებთვებთ გვერდზე არსებული ინფორმაციის სრულად ან რაიმე ნაწილის კოპირებასა და გავრცელებას ნებისმიერი სახით და მიზნებისათვის;

· არ გაასაღებთ თავს სხვა მომხმარებლად, არ გამოიყენებთ სხვა მომხმარებლის პირად მონაცემებს და სხვა მომხარებლის გვერდს;

· არ განახორციელებთ ისეთ ქმედებას, რომელიც საფრთხეს უქმნის ვებგ ვერდის ან მომსახურების გამართულ ფუნქციონირებას.

· არ განახორციელებთ ისეთ ქმედებას, რომელიც აკრძალულია კანონმდებლობით ან ამ ხელშეკრულების პირობებით.

2. რეგისტრაცია

· პროდუქტის შეძენა შესაძლებელია საიტზე პროდუქტის შეკვეთის საფუძველზე (რეგიტრაციის შემდეგ)

3. მომსახურების მიღებისა და ვებგვერდის გამოყენების პირობები

მომსახურების მიღება

ჩვენი მომსახურების მიღება ვებგვერდის საშუალებით ხელმისაწვდომია თბილისში (გამონაკლის შემთხვევებში თბილისის მიმდებარედ) ჩვენ ვიტოვებთ უფლებას საკუთარი შეხედულებისამებრ არ დავადასტუროთ ან სხვა სახით შევზღუდოთ ჩვენი მომსახურების მიღება.

შეზღუდვები ვებგვერდის გამოყენებაზე

7. მიღება-მიწოდება

შეკვეთილი პროდუქციის მიწოდება განხორციელდება შეკვეთის მიღების მომდევნო დღეს 11:00 საათიდან 16:00 საათამდე მონაკვეთში.

შეკვეთის მიწოდება ხორციელდება ორშაბათიდან-კვირის ჩათვლით.

შეკვეთის გაუქმების პირობები:

7. Delivery-acceptance
